Open Innovation and Collaboration

It has been seen identical that engineering products do not follow the market dynamics at a major extent. It has been identified that engineering products would have a strong influence with the prices with added specification and drawing.

Can anyone help me to get better clarity?

Sebastian, I try to interpret your question. Engineering goods are investment items and successful sales requires an Business to Business model. The sellers and buyers need a lot of information about each other to be able to make intelligent decision. Industrial Service Management is a way to make the customer relationship even deeper. Service Design and a transformation to a solutions supplier means that the business management and supply chain management have to lead to a deep understanding of the needs of individual clients. In addition, the life cycle of engineered products and cost over lifetime are important aspects in the decision making process. A deeper involvement and understanding is a necessity. First, we need to understand the B2B relationship, then we might have a chance to start talking about a deal.
