Are those compounds used in food industry?

They are used in fertilizer industry, paper and automobile (battery) segment

Fertilizer - might still be a good area because, despite recession, 6,3 billion people on the earth has to eat. Basic food and fertilizers are related.

Pulp and Paper - the recession and Internet has hit the P&P industry. The recession hits board manufacturing when global demand decreases.

Batter - The car industry is in deep waters but the replacement of batteries still are in need.

I am sorry that my answer comes so late!

Paper industry in all western countries has severe problems today. Costs are rising, markets are depressed and no real new innovations seems to be coming on.

I have worked my last ten years with one problem: how to help the paper and board mills to avoid microbiological problems which may cost a lot? The drive of machines is more and more important in current, economically hard times. If a machine stops because microbiological problems or its products are spoiled, the mill can lose a remarkable sum of money. Every second without production can cost est. 5 euros for the machine line, and we can only imagine the loss of customers' respect if a mill should try to sell products with inaccurate quality.

The main trend, therefore, is to spare money, and one way (with high significance) is to keep the ever decreasing number of machines in good condition. This is what I am dealing with today.
