New investment instruments

I had two interesting discussions yesterday about new investment instruments for the small and medium size enterprises.

Investment funds for real estate will most likely be a solution for more than 30 000 Finns that have mortgages over 250 000 euros. Some of them will not make it even if there is a mild recession.

There will be alternative ways to real estate financing.
