  • Thanks, Susan! You get detailed information about Mediracer here: www.mediracer.com

Carpal Tunnel syndrome is very common in the autoindustry and for people who have to do repetitive tasks. Computer freaks are also vulnerable. A special group is dentists but there are lots of examples on the blog.

  • Susan, I wrote a blog about Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and mentioned your name. What do you think? Is there a market for Mediracer in South Korea?
  • Hello Susan!

It is already the night between Sunday and Monday here in Finland. My wife and me have watched the results of local government elections tonight. The most rapid way to have information about them is to connect to "www.yle.fi/vaalit", however. Internet is a nice thing!

I use net daily for my contacts to my collaborators, teachers of International Teacher School and friends. Sometimes I have to call them (when it seems that they do not follow net&e-mail) but usually everything works well via net.

My studies in University of Applied Sciences, Jyväskylä, are partly remote ones. We have some lessons in our portal, and every task is presented there. It also helps us to figure out our learning steps and collect our educational outputs. References for my next essay will also be found there. To found basic facts about teaching and education in Finnish, I still visit library from time to time. We also meet in seminars 4..5 times annually - it is still nice to see each other "live" sometimes!

    Have a nice autumn, Susan!

    Regards,
    Juha
  • Susan, I make a second posting about the podcast. Here is the code that makes the Snapvine visible. I didn't do it right the first time.

  • Susan, I'm happy to hear you speaking about the recruit fest in Toronto and while the application was marked "share" I thought it might be a good idea to show what more we can do to improve networking and to learn more about who we are.

I hope Snipwine works here the same way as in the other network where I did see this application for the first time.
  • Hi there
  • Susan, this a great example of how Social Media works. Active people become more and more connected. We learn from each other. I think there is first a learning process and within a certain time interacting people can do real business online. I'm curious about the future business value of social media and virtual organizations.
  • Hello Susan! Nice to meet you.

I am sitting on the shore of a lake in Central Finland where we have our summer cottage. Days get shorter but nights are beautiful! So many stairs above!

I will join R&D projects of paper industry microbiology (my blog: industrymicrobiologist.blogspot.com). It would be nice to hear more about you - what are your activities, what are you working for?

    Regards,
    Juha
  • Your question about Twitter. I use Twitter, Jaiku, Pownce, Friendfeed. Twitter is mostly for the English speaking world. Jaiku has more features but my friends are Finnish and Swedish and it's more about Nordic matters. Pownce is a smaller group. Friendfeed has been actual during the past few days when they move Jaiku to a Google server. Friendfeed leads to much deeper seminar communications. I'd like to see more Jaiku features on Twitter.
  • Susan, tell more about the pinkoliveboutique. I'm curious.
