The real estate business is in trouble all over the country. I guess, that goes for the whole world.These townhouses are for sales or rent in Loviisa, located just across the street from our office overlooking the Loviisa market square and the park.My job isn't to find a solution for that industry but I'm curious about the direction of capital intensive businesses.Tourism and leisure belongs to the same group. Southern Finland hasn't invested a lot in tourism. Problems might surface in northern Finland and Lappland.
