There are plenty universities about communication technology in Taiwan. Today, I would like to introduce some to you. The three universities among the best in Taiwan are all located in Taipei- NTU, MTUST and NTUT.
National Taiwan University (NTU) is one of the top schools in Taiwan, where fosters lots of politicians, entrepreneurs, engineers and so on. The Graduate Institute of Communication Engineering (GICE) of National Taiwan University (NTU) was founded on August 1, 1997. Flourishing under the free and open style of study at National Taiwan University, GICE is among Taiwan’s finest, with word-class faculty members and students, a high-quality environment, and outstanding research and performance from professors. Since I am not the expert in the field, please forgive me to just show the list of faculty. Here is the link about their profession and the way to contact them:

Next, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST) was formerly known as the National Taiwan Institute of Technology, the first higher education institution of its kind within our nation's technical and vocational education system. Thirty years later, it serves as the university. The graduate program of the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering is the one I think closed to the communication technology. The brief history about National Taipei University of Technology is in 1912, the School of Industrial Instruction was established at the current address of National Taipei University of Technology, instructing courses in civil engineering, metalwork and electrical engineering. In 1981 it was converted into National Taipei Institute of Technology. It is the tendency in Taiwan- vocational schools are converted into university system for more funding and opportunities.
Also, it has the active interaction with other Asian countries, such as Beijing, Thailand and Japan. Look at the calendar of the activities:
