The 50 billion dollars Winter Olympics 2014 in Sotchi, Russia, is over, and we're looking forward to the 2018 games in Pyeongchang, South Korea. The South Koreans are most likely going to end up with a much smaller bill for the tax-payers. Nevertheless, we never know. Time will tell.
