Food is an important element in travel and leisure. I'd like to know much more about the food serviced in holiday resorts.
Several writers are presenting exciting architecture, wonderful buildings, but it would be nice to know more about people, the individuals, the service providers.
Saturday August 11, on or way to Kuusamo. There was a lot of reindeers on the road. The first encounter was at the level of Hyrynsalmi: two white reindeer's were walking towards us on the road. All the others we happened to see were brown colored.
My grandparents, Hilda and Emil Keitel used to live in this house. There was a big fireplace in the middle of the house for cooking, preparation of food, heating, and conservation of Energy. All this was based on locally available wood.
Today we're thinking about the conservation of this unique environment. Wirby the Global Village has changed a lot: Emil's and Hilda's house was built 1903. It's more than one hundred years old.
I did buy this book before our trip to Spain and Madrid. Didn't have to read it yet. Too busy after our return back home. I'll write more when I grasp the content.
