Personal interaction over Internet is valuable. Today we have many means for interacting on big scale, using the mass communication features provided by Web 2.0. A general success principle is that by delivering more value to more people you’ll be more successful. There is a video on this NING telling that selling isn't the way to market in the future. It's not how we display ourself, products and services that count, but how good we are in servicing our clients. It means that we can do more good in the world if we are able to help more people. - provide content - write a blog - make videos - produce podcasts Any individual is seriously limited by the number of people he or she can interact with personally. It can become a full time effort just keeping in touch with about 10 people. With good time management it might be possible to actively stay in touch with more than 20-30 people in a single day. - better time management - quality time with those who need a service today - you can't handle them all That already means that if you work 10 hours a day, there has to be 2 to 3 contacts per hour. Imagine doing that for ten years. You can do it for 10 days but that will consume most of your time. There must be better ways of keeping in touch. - how many contacts can you handle during a single day? - how long can you keep in touch with 30 contacts every single day? A more productive use of our prestigious time is to create valuable rich content that can be shared with hundreds, thousands and even millions of people. - think about - we can talk about it here With great content the message will reach many people that one simply won’t have time to get to know personally. - what if they learn about you through the content? - what if we find a way to improve group communication qualities (many to many)
